Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such situations arise.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For certain shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their systems. This temporary delay in updating the tracking details is normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your shipment.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Every order we ship is insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we’ve got you covered. While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, we understand the frustration of lost or delayed orders.
